STRAMA – Strategic Planning Workshop

Clock’s ticking, and CEFI’s got some pretty ambitious goals stacked up in the coming years. One might even say we are biting off a bit more than we can chew. But the wheels have already been set in motion, and there is no turning back. Within this year and the next, the public will start to see these changes.

With the gravity of this in mind, CEFI’s leaders huddled together for a three-day Strategic Management Workshop from July 12 to 14 at the KRU Hall.

There, Acting President Atty. Deanna Rachel Calayan revealed the course that the top management has set for the institution, with the caveat that as we are now, CEFI will not be able to reach these targets.

Overwhelmed but undaunted, the school administrators sat down to make a thorough assessment of where we are now, and how far there is to go. The team reviewed the Medium-Term Strategic Roadmap, practically CEFI’s bible for the next decade as it journeys all the way to the summit of the accreditation ladder. The three-day meet covered faculty and instruction, facilities, IT infrastructure, community service, marketing, among others.

With the team are mainstay gurus Atty. Alder Delloro and Engr. Carlo Martin, who are by this time already considered honorary Cefizens, and whose management savvy have been helping to fine-tune CEFI’s direction for almost a decade now.
