Calayan Educational Foundation, Incorporated’s (CEFI) core values are different from any other school you wish to enroll in. As a CEFIzen (the name its students are collectively known):

Your life at CEFI will not end upon your graduation. Within its portals every student is expected to enjoy schooling presently and have a fulfilling life long after you get that diploma. We endeavor to expand your horizons in an atmosphere of free thinking, quality support to your academic knowledge, analytical methodology and helping others understand them with good communication skills. We will stretch the length and breadth of your mind as a citizen who will someday help in building the nation.

Your education shall not be confined within the four walls of a classroom. You will want to love learning and accomplishment but at the same time enjoy the arts, nature, recreation, sports and friends by way of student clubs and Wi-Fi internet availability, among others, to enhance your own evolving perspective of the world we live in. And by the way our college graduates have been consistently placing in the Top Ten of the Philippine Regulation Commission Board Examinations as shown elsewhere on this website. CEFI has been regularly sending its athletic scholars to competitions on the national level. Athletic and academic excellence is the norm in CEFI and we are not the only ones to say so. The Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities – Commission on Accreditation (PACU-COA) has recognized CEFI’s Colleges of Nursing, Arts, Radiologic Technology, Elementary and High School as already on Level 2 of its stringent evaluation. On deck for Level 1 certification are CEFI’s Colleges of Medical Technology; Hotel and Restaurant Management; Degrees of Bachelors of Science in Elementary and High School Education.

Freedom of expression is a cornerstone within CEFI’s community and this applies to you as well as with others. The prudent use of this shared freedom will help you, your fellow students and the faculty here at CEFI to continue living civilly responsible for the rest of your life.
