Enrollment Procedure for BED Students

STEP 1: Access the School Management System (SMS) through cefi.wela.ph and select the Enrollment Level (Pre School | Grade School | Junior High | Senior High)

STEP 2: Fill-out the Online Enrollment Form

  1. Choose enrollment option:
  • Admission (for those considering enrolling in CEFI for AY 2023-2024)
  • Pre-registration (for those who are sure to enroll in CEFI for AY 2023-2024)

       2. Complete the Entire form and click SAVE.
       3. Download the Data Privacy Consent/Agreement.

Once  successfully Submitted the form, you will be prompted by this message.

Step 3: Personally submit a hard copy of the required documents to the Admissions Officer.

  • 1 set of original documents
  • 1 set of photocopies
OLD/CONTINUING STUDENT REQUIREMENTS (Elementary to Senior High School)
  • Report Card Only

ELEMENTARY NEW/TRANSFEREES REQUIREMENTS

FOR PRESCHOOL

  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • 2×2 picture with name tag (white background)
FOR GRADES 1-6 NEW STUDENTS/TRANSFEREES
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Report Card
  • 2×2 picture with name tag (white background)
  • ECCD (for incoming Grade 1 only)

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

FOR GRADE 7 ONLY

  • PSA original and 2 photocopies
  • Report Card
  • 2 pcs Pictures 2×2
  • Good moral
  • Form 137 (by request)
  • Long brown envelope
  • ESC Subsidy
  • ITR for employed parents
  • Certification of unemployment if unemployed.
FOR TRANSFEREE
  • Same as the requirements for grade 7
  • Certificate of ESC from the previous school (If ESC grantee)
 
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
FOR NEW AND TRANSFEREE ONLY
  • PSA original and photocopies
  • Report Card
  • Good moral
  • Form 137 (by request)
  • Long brown envelope
  • VOUCHER/ESC Subsidy from the previous school (If ESC grantee)
  • Emeterio Calayan Subsidy (only for incoming grade 11)
  • Indigency Certificate

STEP 4: Once the admission officer accepts your application, you will receive a text message from WELA containing your USERNAME and PASSWORD for the SMS Portal. Log into your account to access portal options (Submit General request, Submit Promissory Note, Submit Proof of Payment, etc.)


STEP 5:
You will receive a payment link indicating that assessment is available.

Payment Options:

Option 1: Over the Counter (KAT Ground Floor)
*Payment will be immediately reflected in the School Management System (SMS).
Option 2: Online Payment using the online payment link received through SMS.
*Payment will be immediately reflected in the SMS.
*Additional charges will apply due to online channels payment partners.

Option 2: CEFI Direct Bank Account Payment.
*A copy of PROOF of payment is required to be uploaded in the system. Just click Proof of Payment in your SMS Portal and click NEW.

*Payment will be reflected in the SMS within 2-3 working days.
*This facility is NOT available during examination. For last minute payment, please settle fees over the counter.
