The Mutya ng PRISAA Quezon 2025 has come to an exciting conclusion at the MSEUF Gymnasium. After a battle of elegance, wit, and grace, Samantha Lindsay from Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. has been crowned this year’s Mutya ng PRISAA Quezon 1st runner-up and will represent Quezon in the upcoming Mutya ng PRISAA REGION IV!
