The Calayan Educational Foundation, Inc. (CEFI) is open only to students with complete and valid credentials, whose qualifications indicate satisfactory performance, and who meet to prescribed admission requirements subject to available accommodations and facilities. They should also manifest willingness to abide by all the existing policies of the school whether academic, financial or disciplinary, as well as those that may be promulgated from time to time.

CEFI reserves the right at any time to refuse, not to re-admit, or to admit students under certain conditions.

Enrollment Requirements:

A. College Freshmen:

• Form 138 or Grade 12 Senior High School (SHS) report card (original & 2 photocopies)
• SHS Principal’s certification of good moral character (original & 2 photocopies)
• PSA Birth Certificate (original & 2 photocopies)
• Three (3) pcs of ID Pictures (2×2)
• Three (3) long brown envelopes
• One (1) long folder
• CEFI entrance examination result 
• High school principal’s certification of academic ranking for valedictorians (Over-all no.1) and salutatorians (Over-all No. 2)
• Other requirements deemed necessary by the CHED or the institution.

B. Transferee

• Honorable Dismissal (original & 2 photocopies)
• Certified True Copy of grades or Transcript of Records (original & 2 photocopies)
• Certification of good moral character from the previous school’s guidance counselor or it’s equivalent (original & 2 photocopies)
• PSA Birth certificate (original & 2 photocopies)
• Three (3) pcs of ID pictures (2×2)
• Three (3) long brown envelopes
• One (1) long folder
• Other requirements deemed necessary by the CHED or the institution.

C. Students with Educational Benefits (PCA/USVA, CAP, et.)

• All of the above under A & B as the case may be.
• Certificate of entitlement to educational benefits.
• Other requirements deemed necessary by the CHED or the institution.

D. Married Students

• All of the above under A & B as the case maybe.
• Photocopy of marriage certificate (3 copies)
• Other requirements deemed necessary by the CHED or the institution.

E. Foreign Students

• All of the above under A & B as the case may be. 
• Study permit from the CHED.
• Alien Certificate of Registration.
• Year placement for those who have studied abroad.
• Other requirements deemed necessary by the CHED or the institution.

F. Old Students

• Clearance
• Pre-registration form from the dean / program head

G. Cross-Enrollees

Permit to cross-enroll issued by the registrar of the mother school stating the subjects (w/descriptive titles) and the total number of units that the student is permitted to take.
