CEFI was recognized by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines (HREAP) as one of the top performing schools in the July 2025 Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) Assessment Examination.

CEFI has consistently produced successful CHRA examinees in previous assessments, with graduates from its BS Psychology and BSBA-Human Resource Management programs excelling in the field.
