HOW TO AVAIL:
1. Prepare necessary documents:
a. Proof of graduation (diploma, transcript)
b. Government-issued ID (e-Card / UMID, Employee’s ID / Office ID, Driver’s License, Professional
Regulation Commission (PRC) ID, Passport)
c. Recent photograph (passport-style, colored, and with white background)
2. Complete the Application Form:
Fill out the online application form or download and complete a PDF form.

3. Submit the form and attach the required documents:
a. Online: Upload documents and submit them electronically at alumnirelations@cefi.edu.ph
b. Offline: Mail or deliver in person.
4. Pay the Alumni ID Fee amounting to three hundred pesos (P300):

Key Features and Benefits of the Alumni ID Card
1. SEAMLESS ACCESS TO SCHOOL PREMISES:
1.1 The Alumni ID Card will facilitate convenient and regulated access to the school premises.
1.2 Alumni members will be granted easy entry during operating hours upon the presentation of their alumni ID, ensuring a hassle-free experience when visiting the campus.
2. PREFERENTIAL TUITION FEE RATES FOR THE OFFSPRING OF ALUMNI:
2.1 The Alumni ID Card entitles alumni's children to discounted tuition fees at CEFI.
2.2 Each semester, a five percent (5%) discount per child is applied, with a maximum of two children per alumni.
2.3 This initiative is designed to provide financial support to alumni families and promote enrollment at our institution.
3. REDUCED RATES ON TICKETS FOR SCHOOL EVENTS:
3.1 Alumni holding valid ID cards are eligible for a five percent (5%) discount on tickets for various school events, enhancing their participation in cultural, artistic, or academic gatherings such as the Calayan Dance Company (CDC) and The Calayan Minstrels (TCM) concerts.
3.2 This discount aims to inspire ongoing participation, nurturing a sense of community and pride in our alma mater.
4. ACQUISITION OF CEFI BRANDED MERCHANDISE:
4.2 The Alumni office will exclusively release all CEFI-branded merchandise across departments. Alumni can use their ID to purchase these items, enhancing their pride and connection to the institution.
4.3 This initiative not only offers memorabilia but also promotes school spirit.
5. OPPORTUNITIES FOR NETWORKING AND ACCESS TO PROFESSIONAL RESOURCES:
5.1 Professional Development Seminars:
5.1.1 Alumni with the official alumni ID are eligible to attend professional development seminars across departments.
5.1.2 They will receive a five percent (5%) discount on registration fees for institution-offered seminars and training.
5.1.3 This encourages alumni to continue their learning journey and stay updated with industry trends and practices.
5.2 Promotion for Alumni Business Owners:
5.2.1 Alumni who own businesses can promote their ventures within the school premises, subject to specified requirements.
5.2.2 Alumni must provide proof of business legitimacy along with a formal letter of promotion as per the requirements.
5.2.3 This opportunity enhances the visibility of alumni-owned businesses and fosters entrepreneurial
endeavors within the school community.
5.3 Exclusive Access to Job Fairs:
5.3.1 Alumni ID holders enjoy exclusive access to job fairs specifically organized for CEFI graduates.
5.3.2 This privilege facilitates connections with potential employers and provides alumni with opportunities to advance their career prospects.
5.3.3 Participating in job fairs allows alumni to explore employment opportunities tailored to their qualifications and interests.
6. EXCLUSIVE RECEIPT OF ANNOUNCEMENTS REGARDING REUNIONS AND OTHER
MILESTONE EVENTS:
6.1 Alumni holding the alumni ID receive exclusive notifications regarding reunions and milestone events reserved for graduates.
6.2 Communication through email and the Alumni Relations Office’s Facebook page keeps alumni informed about these events.
6.3 This fosters a strong bond with their alma mater, enabling participation in gatherings commemorating shared experiences.
7. EXPEDITED PROCESSING OF REQUISITE DOCUMENTS:
7.1 Alumni Clearance:
7.1.1 The alumni ID will function as the official alumni clearance, eliminating the need for alumni to complete institutional clearance from the registrar’s office.
7.1.2 Simply presenting the ID to the office will suffice for clearance purposes.
7.2 Online Clearance through the Alumni Relations Office:
7.2.1 Alumni who are unable to visit the on-site school premises have the option to obtain online clearance through the Alumni Relations Office.
7.2.2 This process entails completing the ARO-2024-001 form, which must be accurately filled out and submitted via the official platform at alumnirelations@cefi.edu.ph.
7.3 Payment Options:
7.3.1 Alumni will be provided with the option to settle payments for their requested documents through either bank transactions or GCash, ensuring flexibility and convenience in the payment process.
7.3.2 Below are the fees for the respective documents:
7.4 Delivery Options for Credentials:
7.4.1 Mailing Option:
7.4.1.1 Alumni may choose to have their credentials mailed to their preferred address. 7.4.1.2 The alumni should provide accurate mailing details to ensure timely delivery of their credentials.
7.4.1.3 A mailing fee may apply to cover postage and handling costs.

7.4.2 Pick-up Option:
7.4.2.1 Alternatively, alumni may opt to pick up their credentials in person from a designated location, such as the Registrar’s Office.
7.4.2.2 No additional fee is associated with the pick-up option.
8. CONVENIENT UTILIZATION OF SCHOOL FACILITIES AND CAREER SERVICES:
GUIDELINES FOR THE ALUMNI’S USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES
A. Eligibility:
1. Alumni who have graduated from the school or college are eligible to use alumni facilities.
2. Proof of alumni status may be required for access, such as an alumni ID card or registration with the alumni association.
B. Scheduling:
1. Alumni may request to use facilities for events or activities by submitting a formal request to the school administration.
2. Alumni must adhere to the policies and guidelines set by the institution for facilities reservation.
C. Priority:
1. Reservations for school facilities are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Alumni requests will be accommodated based on availability and without disrupting regular school
operations.
D. Usage Fees:
1. Alumni are required to pay a fee for the use of facilities to cover maintenance, operational costs, and additional expenses.
2. Fees may vary depending on the type of facility and the duration of use.
3. Alumni will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on all facility usage.
E. Feedback:
1. Alumni are encouraged to provide feedback on their experience using school facilities to help improve future services and offerings.
