There’s nothing like Undersecretary of Health Dr. Enrique Tayag dishing out the moves on stage to capture the jubilant spirit of the 48th Commencement Exercises held on July 7 at the Queen Margarette Hotel, much to the delight of the 338 graduates. With the highest GWA of the Class of ‘23, BSA graduate Zhaira Orenday delivered the valedictory address. This year’s batch produced 7 Magna cum Laude, 17 Cum Laude, and 10 Academic Distinction awardees.
